Meet Our Mascot
Bo' Bhre'ige
(Boh VRAY-guh)
Gaelic for pretend cow.
Bo is a proud Scottish Highland cow with legendary bangs, questionable rhythm, and a guitar strap specially reinforced to handle 1,600 pounds of musical enthusiasm. Born somewhere between the misty Highlands and a Florida pasture that definitely wasn’t zoned for livestock, Bo quickly discovered his life’s passion: standing near loud music and pretending he knew the chords.
After wandering into a Wee FIB rehearsal (reportedly attracted by the sound of dropped snacks and poorly tuned instruments), Bo picked up a guitar and never looked back. Mostly because his hair blocks his vision.
His biggest influences include classic Irish pub songs, Scottish folk tunes, and whatever the band is playing at the moment because he refuses to learn setlists.
Personality - Friendly but stubborn; Will work for treats; Has eaten at least one capo; Believes he’s the lead guitarist (the band disagrees)
Fun Fact - Once mooed in perfect pitch during a chorus (complete accident)
Bo’s life motto - “If you can’t play it right… play it louder.”
